At Blackrock Engineering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@blackrock-engineering.ca.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• We do not accept returns on customized or personalized products unless defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please contact us at support@blackrock-engineering.ca to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@blackrock-engineering.ca with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
