Physical products

Your order is reviewed and prepared before it ships. Processing time depends on the product, the order contents, and inventory status.
- Tracking
When tracking is available, you will get the shipment details by email after the package goes out.
Digital delivery
- Software and downloads
Digital products do not ship physically. You will get access instructions after purchase through that product’s delivery flow.
- Mixed orders
If your order includes both physical and digital items, each part may arrive on its own timeline.
- Restrictions
Some items may be limited by destination, carrier rules, or product format. You will see the available options where possible.
